Quality of the product is excellent as well as the customer service.Gorgeous cartilage piercing. I have been looking to upgrade to solid gold and this was the perfect option for me. Only thing I did not like is that it labels the product as a diamonds and it is CZ on the description, Which is fine for the price just a little misleading which is why 4 stars.Update:Returning, it fits too small and terribly uncomfortable.Very flimsy, comes undone alot and when it does it will fall out of your ear.. Is much smaller thst it shows in the picture and very flimsy and doesnt clamp tight
